Xin Guobin pointed out that China’s automobile industry already has a good development foundation, and the long-term development trend has not changed. The automobile industry is in a critical period of transforming the development mode, optimizing the industrial structure, and transforming the growth momentum from high-speed growth to high-quality development. It is also in the period of strategic opportunities for industrial transformation and upgrading.
Xin Guobin emphasized that in the face of greater downward pressure, the whole industry should “change the broken situation” and “reform the crisis into opportunities” and adopt practical measures to enhance the driving force for sustainable development of the industry.

Accelerate the preparation of the “New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2021-2035)”, plan the layout of future industrial development, condense industry consensus, and firmly develop confidence.

Revise and implement the “Parallel Management Measures for Average Fuel Consumption of Passenger Vehicle Enterprises and New Energy Vehicle Points”, improve the coordinated development mechanism of traditional internal combustion engine vehicles and new energy vehicles, and grasp the rhythm of new and old kinetic energy conversion.
